With an "epic" storm moving in, I ran outside to pick the citrus off of the trees. There's a reason they call it Orange County! Now I just need to figure out what to do with all of these lovely (organic!) oranges, lemons and limes...any and all suggestions are welcome!
Whatever can be safely shipped from the West Coast to the East. But my vote would be for lemon bars or just drink lots of Mexican and Wheat beer and use them for wedges.
